To do this we make use of two 'control character' <NAME> and <EMAIL> (case-sensitive) to insert into the text of your message or the Subject line. Every time the program sees this control charactor <NAME> or <EMAIL> it will insert the name or the email address listed in your email list (from the 'name' or 'email' field).
